Set-out and participation rates: <br />a.Number of residential Refuse accounts by service level (cart size, Collection <br />frequency) <br />b.Number of accounts with multiple Refuse carts <br />c.Number of Recycling accounts by service level <br />d.Number of accounts with multiple Recycling carts <br />e.Number of Yard Waste cart subscriptions <br />f.Number of Yard Waste “on-call” or overflow bags set out <br />g.Number of Bulky Waste “on-call” Collections <br />h.Number of accounts with Walk-Up Service <br />8.Hauler Report as submitted to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br />9.Efforts Contractor has made to reduce Contaminants as Collected and Process Residuals as <br />well as increase diversion. <br />10.Contractor suggestions to improve the City’s program. <br />11.Recommended public education plan for the next year. <br />12.Any other notable issues or happening over the past year. <br />11.2.4.Summary of Customer Service Complaints <br />By January 15 each year, the Contract shall provide a summary of the number of Customer calls by <br />type of complaint and summary for how these were resolved as requested by the City. <br />11.2.5.Recycling Composition Analysis Report <br />The Contractor shall conduct at least one materials Composition analysis of the City’s Recyclables <br />during October of each year to estimate the relative amount by weight of each Recyclable <br />commodity by grade. The results of this analysis shall include: <br />Percent by weight of each Recyclable commodity by grade as collected from the City; <br />Relative change compared to the previous year’s Composition; <br />Percent by weight of the contaminants as collected from the City; and <br />134
