For <br />instance, if you are managing a team, your primary communicaƟons channel may be email or a regular <br />newsleƩer. The most important consideraƟon when determining the appropriate delivery channel is to <br />use whatever channel your audience prefers to use. For instance, project staff would rather hear about <br />the status of their project through internal email than in an external press release.
