Timeline <br />The Ɵmeline for plan creaƟon and adopƟon will be: <br />March – Parks and Environmental Commission / City Council iniƟal discussion. <br />April – Gather data on exisƟng condiƟons. <br />May – Kick‐off Greenhouse gas inventory through Region Indicators IniƟaƟve. <br />June – Discuss outreach efforts and Plan outline with Commission based on efforts thus far. <br />July – See public input such as through a survey, newsleƩer, website or Open House <br />August – DraŌ the plan based on data, input and discussions. <br />September – Share draŌ with Council and Commission. <br />October – Modify draŌ plan based on feedback from leaders. <br />December – Commission recommends City Council adopts Plan. <br /> <br />CommunicaƟon Goals <br />Describes the future state to be achieved through the execuƟon of this plan. List the top 3 objecƟves that <br />are to be achieved by the execuƟon of this CommunicaƟons Plan. <br />1. SAV residents and businesses are aware of plans to create a climate acƟon plan and have <br />mulƟple opportuniƟes to provide input and feedback. <br />2. SAV city council and commissioners are engaged in the planning process and feel confident that <br />residents and businesses have an opportunity to provide input and feedback. <br />3.
