As discussed above, the project involves a change to the existing car wash <br />facility by exchanging three individual <br />vacuum units, currently located along <br />the south and westerly side of the <br />parcel, with a combined 8-unit common <br />vacuum system arrayed along the south <br />side of the building. <br />This change to the site requires a <br />Conditional Use Permit, per the <br />requirements of the most applicable <br />underlying zoning district.
