Resolution 23-032 — Ordering Preparation of Feasibility Report for the 2024 Street and <br />6 Utility Improvements. <br />8 City Engineer Justin Messner reviewed the method for selection for reconstruction projects are <br />9 flood relief effort, existing utility deterioration, pavement condition, and adjacent infrastructure <br />10 replacement (construction phasing). The method for selection for mill & overlay projects is to <br />11 maintain and extend the life of previously reconstructed roadways. The method for selection for <br />12 thin maintenance overlays is a non-structural asphalt layer applied as a maintenance treatment <br />13 for short-term corrective action.
