NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING <br />July 25, 2023, 7:00 p.m. <br />City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony, MN 55418 <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Saint Anthony Village City Council will hold a public hearing to <br />solicit public response to a proposed amendment to City Code granting CenterPoint Energy, its <br />successors and assigns, a non-exclusive franchise to construct, operate, repair and maintain a gas <br />distribution system including necessary gas mains, pipes and equipment for the transportation, <br />distribution and sale of gas for public and private use and to use public ways and public grounds of the <br />City of St. Anthony for such purposes; and prescribing certain terms and conditions thereof. <br />The City Council agenda and packet item relating to this application will be made available prior to the <br />meeting online at http://www.savmn.com <br />Ways to Comment: <br />Online <br />Those persons having an interest are encouraged to attend via Zoom.
