In some cases, ash trees will be <br />preserved and would not need to be replaced. <br /> <br />11.0 Conclusion <br />Emerald ash borer is a significant “predicable” natural disaster facing the City of St. <br />Anthony Village but following a systematic, proactive plan and leveraging <br />appropriate resources to respond will minimize the fiscal and environmental impacts <br />of the pest. The EAB Management Plan should be implemented immediately to <br />manage public safety risks, and preserve the benefits that ash trees provide to the <br />community. <br /> <br />
