This option is sometimes used on busy street corridors that are more dangerous for an inexperienced person to access with a watering truck.  New trees should not be planted at an increased rate unless resources are committed to ensure each tree is watered once weekly during the growing season. They can also be supervised by trained staff to assist with planting trees.  Consider funding an Arbor Day Tree Sale or other tree replacement incentive program to encourage property owners to replant trees on their property after an ash tree is removed.  An outreach program targeted at Commercial, Industrial and Multiple-Family parcel-owners to replant after EAB infested trees are removed to improve and
