A summary of changes in the <br />Police Department contract was provided. <br />4 Staff recommends approval of the 2024 Agreement between the Law Enforcement Labor <br />5 Services, Inc. #186 Local representing the St. Anthony Police Department Licensed Employees <br />6 and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />8 Motion by Councilmember Walker, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, for approval of <br />9 Resolution 23-065 — Ratifying the 2024 Agreement Between the Law Enforcement Labor <br />10 Services, Inc. #186 Local Representing the St. Anthony Police Department Licensed Employees <br />11 and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />12 <br />13 Motion carried 4-0. <br />14 <br />15 E. Resolution 23-066 — Ratif i�ng the 2024 Aweement Between the International Union of <br />16 Operating Engineers Local No. 49 AFL-CIO Representing the St. Anthony Public Works <br />17 Department Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />18 <br />19 City Manager Yunker reviewed this resolution approves the Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA) <br />20 and market adjustment for Police Officers. A three (3) year contract with the St. Anthony Fire <br />21 Department, Police Department, and Public Works Department's employees was approved in <br />22 2021 which included a reopener for wages in the third year. Health insurance premium changes <br />23 will continue to be split equally between City and employees. <br />24 <br />25 The Union agreed to a 3.50% COLA increase, as was anticipated during the budget and levy <br />26 discussions in preparation for the preliminary levy approval on September 12, 2023. Ordinance 2023-10 — Amending Multiple Sections of Chapter 33 Sewer, Water, License <br />41 and Permit Fees, Stormwater Facilities. <br />42 <br />43 City Manager Yunker reviewed this is the second reading of the ordinance. The Parameters, <br />44 Water Costs, Adjustment to Distribution Fee, Adjustment to Usage Rates, Adjustment Impacts, <br />45 Sanitary Sewer Costs, Adjustment to Collection Fee, Adjustment in Usage Rate, Adjustment <br />46 Impacts, Stormwater Rates, Rate Survey, and Impacts by Tier Levels were provided. <br />
