Resolution 23-066 — Ratif i�ng the 2024 Aweement Between the International Union of 16 Operating Engineers Local No. 49 AFL-CIO Representing the St. Anthony Public Works 17 Department Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. 18 19 City Manager Yunker reviewed this resolution approves the Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA) 20 and market adjustment for Police Officers. A three (3) year contract with the St. Anthony Fire 21 Department, Police Department, and Public Works Department's employees was approved in 22 2021 which included a reopener for wages in the third year. Health insurance premium changes 23 will continue to be split equally between City and employees. 24 25 The Union agreed to a 3.50% COLA increase, as was anticipated during the budget and levy 26 discussions in preparation for the preliminary levy approval on September 12, 2023. Ordinance 2023-10 — Amending Multiple Sections of Chapter 33 Sewer, Water, License 41 and Permit Fees, Stormwater Facilities. 42 43 City Manager Yunker reviewed this is the second reading of the ordinance. The Parameters, 44 Water Costs, Adjustment to Distribution Fee, Adjustment to Usage Rates, Adjustment Impacts, 45 Sanitary Sewer Costs, Adjustment to Collection Fee, Adjustment in Usage Rate, Adjustment 46 Impacts, Stormwater Rates, Rate Survey, and Impacts by Tier Levels were provided.
