City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />October 24, 2023 <br />Page 5 <br />1 Councilmember Walker reported on October 18, he attended the Parks and Environmental <br />2 Commission Work Session Meeting with the City Council. <br />4 Councilmember Jenson stated on October 13, he attended the monthly Ramsey County Local <br />5 League of Governments Meeting. He also attended the Climate Action Plan Joint Meeting last <br />6 week. <br />Councilmember Randle had no report. <br />10 Councilmember Webster stated she also attended the Joint Meeting with the Parks and <br />1 I Environmental Commission where the survey results were reviewed. <br />12 <br />13 Mayor Stille stated on October 12, he attended the Regional Council of Mayors social lunch <br />14 meeting. He attended the October 16 Joint Meeting with the Parks and Environmental <br />15 Commission. <br />16 <br />17 Vill. COMMUNITY FORUM - NONE. <br />18 <br />19 IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />20 <br />21 City Manager Yunker stated he received the notice from Police Chief Jon Mangseth that he plans <br />22 to retire on January 31, 2024 after 29 years with the City. The recruitment plan is ready and will <br />23 begin tomorrow. <br />24 <br />25 X.
