To date, 424 households have submitted. <br />Thriving Village <br />AFFORDABLE HOUSING <br />•Preserve naturally occurring affordable <br />housing (NOAH) <br />•Advocate for residents facing rent <br />pressure <br />Staff has drafted ordinance language to regulate short- <br />term rentals per direction given at a joint City Council and <br />Planning Commission held a joint work session on <br />November 21, 2023. <br />A joint City Council and Planning Commission to further <br />discuss long-term rental regulations was scheduled for <br />March 19th, 2024 but was cancelled.
