ANTHONY <br />2 CITY COUNCIL JOINT TOWN HALL MEETING <br />3 APRIL 18, 2024 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Webster called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 ST ANTHONY COUNCIL ROLL CALL. <br />10 <br />11 Present: Mayor Webster, Councilmembers Doolan, Randle and Stephens. <br />12 <br />13 Absent:Councilmember Jenson <br />14 <br />15 Also Present:City Manager Charlie Yunker <br />16 <br />17 FALCON HEIGHTS COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />18 <br />19 Present:Mayor Gustafson, Councilmembers Leehy, Wassenberg, Mielke and Meyer <br />20 <br />21 Absent:None <br />22 <br />23 Also Present:City Manager Jack Linehan <br />24 <br />25 III.GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL <br />26 <br />A.27 Joint Town Hall Meeting with the Falcon Heights City Council to Present the Results of <br />28 Community Engagement Efforts and Hear the Public Regarding a Potential Police <br />29 Partnership. <br />30 <br />31 Mayor Webster stated tonight’s agenda focuses on the potential police partnership with Falcon <br />32 Heights. The purpose of tonight’s meeting is to share the data gathered in this initial exploratory <br />33 phase. This data was first shared at the Town Hall meeting in Falcon Heights last night. <br />34 <br />35 Mayor Webster explained that before she shared an overview of the exploratory process, it is <br />36 important that she emphasize our purpose as a City Council. The St. Anthony City Council is <br />37 committed to governing with a servant leadership mindset. Each Councilmember strives to <br />38 ensure our behaviors meet high ethical standards, our interactions with our constituents are <br />39 respectful, our engagement seeks to listen to diverse perspectives, our policymaking utilizes an <br />40 equity lens and our processes and decisions are transparent. <br />41 <br />42 Mayor Webster reviewed the timeline of events in detail which led to this evening for the <br />43 following dates: <br />44 Friday, January 5, 2024 <br />45 Monday, February 5, 2024 <br />46 Tuesday, February 6, 2024 – Wednesday, February 7, 2024 <br />47 Thursday, February 8, 2024 <br />48 Tuesday, February 13, 2024 <br />49 Tuesday, March 6, 2024 <br />3
