CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 24-052 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2019 CONTRACT <br />AGREEMENT FOR POLICE SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF LAUDERDALE AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village (St. Anthony) and the City of Lauderdale <br />(Lauderdale) entered into a contractual agreement whereby the City of St. <br />Anthony Village agreed to provide police services to the City of Lauderdale for <br />the period 2019 through 2024; and <br />WHEREAS the Agreement expires on December 31, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parties wish to extend the 2019-2024 Agreement for one year under the same <br />terms and conditions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the amended contract agreement for police services with the City of <br />Lauderdale through December 31, 2025 and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute <br />said agreement. <br />Adopted this 15th day of August, 2024 <br />_________________________________ <br /> Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST:____________________________ <br /> Jennifer Doyle, City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: _________________________________ <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />21
