Resolution 24-054 — Receiving the Feasibility Report and Ordering Plans and <br />Specifications for the 2025 Street and Utility Improvements. <br />WSB EIT Project Manager Katie Koscielak reviewed the resolution for receiving the feasibility <br />report and ordering the preparation of plans and specifications for the 2025 Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project. <br />Ms. Koscielak reviewed the Method for Selection of Reconstruction Projects include: <br />• Flood Relief Effort <br />• Existing Utility Deterioration <br />• Pavement Condition <br />• Adjacent Infrastructure Replacement (Construction Phasing) <br />The Method for Selection of Mill & Overlay Projects include: <br />• Maintain and extend the life previously reconstructed roadways <br />The Method for Selection of Thin Maintenance Overlays include: <br />• A non-structural asphalt layer applied as a maintenance treatment for short-term <br />corrective action. <br />The project proposes the following locations for improvement: <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• Macalaster Drive from 39`h Ave to Railroad <br />Mill and Overlay <br />• 39' Avenue NE from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br />• 30`h Avenue NE from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br />• Armour Terrace from Roosevelt Street NE to Silver Lake Road <br />• Murray Avenue from Roosevelt Street NE Coolidge Street NE <br />• 291h Avenue NE from Silver Lake Road to Highway 88 <br />• Roosevelt Street NE from St. Anthony Boulevard to 301h Avenue NE <br />• Wilson Street NE from St. Anthony Boulevard to 30'h Avenue NE <br />• Coolidge Street NE from St. Anthony Boulevard to 29'h Avenue NE <br />• Anthony Lane N from 29`h Avenue NE to Cul-de-sac (non -assessable) <br />Central Park Improvements (Optional Bid) <br />• Removal and replacement of the existing bituminous trail <br />• Removal and replacement of the existing basketball court surface <br />
