Religious Institution/Place of Worship land uses are listed <br />as a Conditional Use in most of the Residential zoning districts (including the R-4 District). The <br />PUD District that applies to this site includes reference to the R-4 District. The applicable Kenzie <br />Terrace PUD District language is quoted below: <br />(4) Kenzie Terrace PUD Overlay District <br />(a) Purpose.
