COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mr. Donald Jensen, 3004 Armour Terrace, submitted written comments to the City Council <br />regarding accelerating the mill and overlay project phases into one larger project this year. He <br />asked what the City goal and task force timeline is to sell the remaining City property that once <br />was on the tax base. The carrying cost is a burden to all residents in lost revenue that could hold <br />down future property tax increases. Mr. Jensen asked what is the status of the City acquiring <br />sanitary sewer service inspection tools to eliminate the cost for homeowners and sellers to the <br />private market for the required compliance certificates to convey property. If not all council <br />members have completed this task for their properties. He asked what is your promise to the <br />residents you will do as asked of others? <br />XII. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />The Fire Station Open House is October 5t". <br />Councilmember Doolan stated the Village Gardeners are hosting a Meet and Greet with Joe <br />Morgan who won the State Fair Pumpkin Contest on October 9th <br />XIII.
