However those <br />2 conditions would be in place for any land use. <br />3 <br />4 Councilmember Elnagdy stated she would like to see alternative sites for the Tibyan Center <br />5 within St. Anthony. <br />6 <br />7 Mr. Lindgren stated there is a deadline of October 27 for making this decision. The proposed <br />8 resolution in front of the Council can be modified. He feels a revised resolution brought to <br />9 Council would be appropriate given the discussion this evening. <br />10 <br />11 Motion by Councilmember Elnagdy, seconded by Councilmember Randle, to table consideration <br />12 of Resolution 24-063 — Approving a Request for an Amendment to the PUD Zoning District for <br />13 Changes to the Uses and Development Plans in the Kenzie Terrace PUD Overlay District to <br />14 further evaluate the request with an updated resolution for consideration provided until for a <br />15 meeting no later than the October 22, 2024, City Council Meeting. <br />16 <br />17 Motion carried 5-0. <br />18 <br />19 IX. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL - NONE. <br />20 <br />21 X. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />22 <br />23 City Manager Yunker had no report. <br />24 <br />25 Councilmember Randle had no report. <br />26 <br />27 Councilmember Doolan stated on September 12, she arranged for John from Ramsey County <br />28 Local League of Governments to talk to GreenStep City Leaders. On September 13, she attended <br />29 an Al session. On September 17, was National Voter Registration Day and she participated. On <br />30 September 17 she attended a MN Cities Climate Caucus. She has been working with Village <br />31 Gardeners this week to clean up the gardens. She was door -knocking this week also. <br />32 <br />33 Councilmember Jenson stated on September 13, he attended the Ramsey County Local League <br />34 of Governments Meeting. Later that day he attended the Board of Directors Meeting. On <br />35 September 18, he attended the Northeast Youth and Family Services Meeting. <br />36 <br />37 Councilmember Elnagdy stated she did some informal door -knocking about the ban of menthol. <br />38 She found everyone was in support. <br />39 <br />40 Mayor Webster stated on September 11, she attended the City Employee Recognition Luncheon. <br />41 On September 12, she attended a Council Development Session. On September 13, she met <br />42 regarding the police department's charging two individuals for the vandalism to the proposed <br />43 Tibyan Site. On September 17, she attended the joint Planning / Parks / Council Meeting. On <br />44 September 18 she attended the St. Anthony Kiwanis meeting and the Staff Appreciation Event <br />45 for the Liquor Stores. On September 19, she attended the NineNorth Board Meeting. On <br />46 September 22, she resumed the door -knocking within the City. <br />
