October 22, 2024 <br />Page 2 <br />3.Motion to table action on the proposed resolutions for amendment to the Kenzie <br />Terrace PUD at 2401 Lowry Ave. NE, based on the Council’s request for additional <br />information from staff or from the applicant. Staff notes that any extension of this item <br />beyond October 27, 2024 would raise a conflict with the statutory time to consider <br />zoning requests, limited to 120 total days.
