City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />November 26, 2024 <br />Page 7 <br />1 Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Randle, to approve Resolution <br />2 24-086 – Ratifying the 2025-2026 Agreement Between the International Union of Operating <br />3 Engineers Local No. 59 Representing the St. Anthony Public Works Department Employees and <br />4 the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />5 <br />6 Motion carried 5-0. <br />7 <br />8 X.REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />9 <br />10 City Manager Yunker had no report. <br />11 <br />12 Councilmember Randle had no report. <br />13 <br />14 Councilmember Doolan reviewed that she attended the November 19, Ecology Club and the <br />15 Mississippi Watershed Advisory Commission later that evening. This Saturday will be Small <br />16 Business Saturday. <br />17 <br />18 Councilmember Jenson stated on November 8 he attended the Ramsey County Local League of <br />19 Governments Monthly Program Meeting. On November 14, he attended the Climate Action <br />20 Committee Meeting. <br />21 <br />22 Councilmember Elnagdy had no report. <br />23 <br />24 Mayor Webster stated on November 16 she attended the St. Anthony Sister City’s Annual <br />25 Meeting along with Councilmember Randle via Zoom and later that day she attended the Wine <br />26 Tasting Event at the Municipal Liquor Store. On November 18, she participated in the interviews <br />27 for the Commissions. On November 20, she attended the unveiling of the City’s newest <br />28 snowplow “Lizzy”. On November 21, 22, 23 she and Councilmember Jenson met to discuss the <br />29 evaluation of the City Manager. <br />30 <br />31 XI.COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />32 <br />33 No one appeared to address the Council. <br />34 <br />35 XII.INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT - NONE. <br />36 <br />37 XIII.
