AGENDA. <br />18 <br />19 Motion by Commissioner Doolan, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the December <br />20 10, 2024 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />21 <br />22 Motion carried 5-0. <br />23 <br />24 II.CONSENT AGENDA. <br />25 <br />A.26 H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of October 8, 2024 <br />27 <br />28 Motion by Commissioner Doolan, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the Consent <br />29 Agenda as presented. <br />30 <br />31 Motion carried 5-0. <br />32 <br />33 III.PUBLIC HEARINGS – NONE. <br />34 <br />IV.35 GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />36 <br />A.37 HRA Resolution 24-03 – Approving Fourth Amendment to Contract for Private <br />38 Redevelopment Between the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony, MN <br />39 The City of St. Anthony Village, Doran SLV, LLC, Doran St. Anthony, LLC and Doran <br />40 SLV II, LLC. <br />41 <br />42 Executive Director Charlie Yunker reviewed this is a resolution approving a Fourth Amendment <br />43 to Contract for Redevelopment with Doran SLV, LLC for the former Walmart Site <br />44 redevelopment, referred to as The Ruby. <br />45 <br />46 The initial Contract for Private Redevelopment contemplated the construction of each phase of <br />47 our Ruby project to be done in two phases. A Second Amendment was requested and <br />48 subsequently approved, which changed the improvement construction commencement and <br />49 completion dates given uncertainties with the recent pandemic. <br />3
