APPROVAL OF MINUTES 31 <br /> 32 <br /> Motion by Commissioner Erickson, seconded by Commissioner Morita, to approve the 33 <br />January 21, 2025 Work Session and Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes as 34 <br />presented. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Motion carried 7-0. 37 <br /> 38 <br />VI. PUBLIC HEARING. 39 <br /> 40 <br />1. CUP – 2708 33rd Avenue NE 41 <br /> 42 <br />Mr. Grittman reviewed the applicant is proposing to upgrade an existing ground sign for 43 <br />message displays located at 2708 33rd Avenue NE. The ground sign would be located along 44 <br />the north side of the building, adjacent to 33rd Avenue in the location of the current sign. 45 <br />Because a portion of the sign will include an electronic digital display, the sign requires a 46 <br />Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Section 157.24 of the City’s Sign Ordinance. 47 <br /> 48
