CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 25-030 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br />WITH OERTEL ARCHITECTS FOR THE ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECTS <br />AT THE MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STORES AND PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY <br />WHEREAS, the roofs at the municipal liquor stores and public works building are deteriorating and <br />are in need of repair, and; <br />WHEREAS, Oertel Architects has submitted a project management areement for managing the roof <br />replacement projects, and: <br />WHEREAS, council authorizes city staff to enter into the agreement and sign on the City’s behalf. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Anthony Village that the council <br />approves the project management agreement with Oertel Architects for the roof replacements at the <br />municipal liquor stores and public works facility. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of April, 2025. <br />_______________________________ <br />Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />_________________________ <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration:______________________________ <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />26
