By Amending <br />Sections of the City Code Relating to Administration Permitting and Fees Sigpake. <br />Natural Landscapes, Transient/TemporaryTransient/Temporary Business Licensing. Performance Standards <br />Permitted Uses. Temporary Signs, Dangerous Animals Recreational Fire Nuisances. and <br />Land Use Enforcement and Compliance. <br />City Planner Steve Grittman reviewed this Ordinance presents the second reading of a series of <br />proposed code amendments for consideration and discussion. This version continues to show <br />redlininri to identify the changes from current code, with yellow highlighting to identify updates <br />made for prior versions, and blue highlighting for changes since the Council's first reading on <br />March 25, 2025. Only the first section relating to Fees (and the ability of a pennittee to request <br />an extension) required amendment per the comments made at the first reading. The code sections <br />are summarized briefly to assist in the Council's discussion and review, and notations are made <br />reflecting the comments from the prior reviews. <br />Mayor Webster stated the public hearing was held on January 21, 2025, at the Planning <br />Commission Meeting. <br />Councilmember Doolan thanked Mr. Grittman for his due diligence on the time extension. She <br />appreciates the thorough discussions the Council had. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elnagdy, seconded by Councilmember Doolan, to approve Second <br />Reading of Ordinance 2025-02 — An Ordinance Amending the St. Anthony City Code, by <br />Amending Sections of the City Code Relating to Administration, Permitting and Fees, Signage, <br />Natural Landscapes, Transient/Temporary Business Licensing, Performance Standards, <br />Permitted Uses, Temporary Signs, Dangerous Animals, Recreational Fire, Nuisances, and Land <br />Use Enforcement and Compliance. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />F. 2025 Goals Update. <br />City Manager Yunker provided detailed updates on the 2025 Goals Chart. <br />Councilmember Jenson asked why the change for the headcount number to 30 as it was <br />previously 29 in other discussions. Mr. Yunker stated he recalls it being 30. <br />
