CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 25-041 <br />APPROVING THE OFF SITE GAMBLING LICENSE ON AUGUST 2, 2025 FOR THE <br />MINNEAPOLIS NORTHEAST LIONS CLUB LOCATED AT 3503 SILVER LAKE <br />ROAD NORTHEAST <br />WHEREAS, the Northeast Minneapolis Lions Community Foundation currently holds an on- <br />site gambling license (#95036); and <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota allows, with City Council approval, a number of off-site <br />events for those that have an on-site gambling license; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village allows temporary off-site <br />gambling licenses to be issued within the City; and. <br />WHEREAS, the Northeast Minneapolis Lions Community Foundation has completed an <br />application for a temporary off-site gambling permit. <br />NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Anthony Village approves the <br />off-site gambling license for the Minneapolis Northeast Lions Club on August 2, 2025, at <br />VillageFest located at 3503 Silver Lake Road Northeast. <br />Adopted this 10th day of June, 2025. <br />___________________________________ <br />Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST: ________________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br />Reviewed for Administration: __________________________________ <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager
