MEMORANDUM <br />To:Saint Anthony Village City Council <br />From:Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />Date:June 10, 2025 <br />Request: Resolution Approving the On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Rincon <br />Catrachito located at 2510 Kenzie Terrace <br />BACKGROUND <br />In front of you this evening is a resolution to approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Rincon <br />Catrachito located at 2510 Kenzie Terrace. <br />The City limits number of on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses, at any 1 time there shall not be more than <br />4 on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses issued by the city. Currently we have 3 establishments with this <br />type of liquor license. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff has completed background checks, and staff is recommending approving the On-sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor License. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />ď‚·Resolution
