At some point, <br />senior housing could be transitioned into other types of housing in the future. <br />Motion by Councilmember Doolan, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve 3rd Reading <br />and Adoption of Ordinance 2025-03. — An Ordinance Amending Section 154.179 of the City <br />Code to Provide for Regulations Related to Electric Vehicle Charging Requirements. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />X. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />City Manager Yunker had no report. <br />Councilmember Randle had no report. <br />Councilmember Doolan stated last week that she attended the Ableview groundbreaking. She <br />attended the Chamber of Commerce Meeting on September 8. Small Business Saturday is set for <br />November 29. Earlier today, she attended the MWMO Board Meeting. <br />Councilmember Jenson stated last week, on September 3, that he met with a resident across the <br />parking lot from the new facility that is being built. She was concerned about buffer plantings. <br />Councilmember Elnagdy had no report. <br />Mayor Webster stated she was unable to attend the Ableview groundbreaking. <br />XI. COMMUNITY FORUM - NONE. <br />No one appeared before the City Council. <br />XII.
