<br />The City will continue to implement an equity component based on household size and income level as
<br />outlined below. This is consistent with the process used by the City to determine equity applicant
<br />eligibility for its 2024 and 2025 programs.
<br />To include an equity component for the program, staff used the income limits utilized by the
<br />Metropolitan Council, which are based on the Federal Housing of Urban Development (HUD) limits.
<br />Then graduated the maximum assistance based on those limits as presented below:
