CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Webster called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />10 <br />11 Mayor Webster invited the Council and audience to join her in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 III. ROLL CALL. <br />14 <br />15 Present: Mayor Webster, Doolan, Elnagdy, and Jenson. <br />16 Absent: Randle <br />17 Also Present: City Manager Charlie Yunker, Public Works Maintenance Worker Ernie Hicks, <br />18 Communications Coordinator Barb Tuominen, and Finance Director Deborah <br />19 Maloney <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />23 ITEMS. <br />24 <br />25 IV. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 28, 2025 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />26 <br />27 Motion by Councilmember Elnagdy, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />28 Council Meeting Agenda of October 28, 2025. <br />29 <br />30 Motion carried 4-0. <br />31 <br />32 V. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS <br />33 <br />34 A. SPIRIT of Saint Anthony Award Presentation. <br />35 <br />36 Mayor Webster invited the SPIRIT of Saint Anthony Award winner from the previous year to <br />37 the podium to introduce the new award winner. <br />38 <br />39 Public Works Maintenance Worker Hicks provided information about this year's award winner <br />40 and presented the SPIRIT of Saint Anthony Award to Communications Coordinator Tuominen. <br />41 <br />42 Communications Coordinator Tuominen commented that it is a privilege to work for the City <br />43 and with the dedicated employees of St. Anthony Village, as she is able to collaborate with all <br />44 departments to share information with residents and businesses. <br />45 <br />46 Mayor Webster recognized the award winner and appreciated the tradition of staff to present the <br />47 award to each other. <br />48 <br />
