• City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />November 10, 2025 <br />Page 5 <br />1 <br />2 Mayor Webster congratulated Councilmembers Elnagdy and Jenson for their results in the <br />3 election that took place the previous week. She reviewed the results of the election votes, <br />4 reporting a total of 1,974 residents voting in the election. <br />5 <br />6 Motion by Mayor Webster, seconded by Councilmember Doolan, to approve Resolution 25-76 — <br />7 Certifying the 2025 Municipal Election Results. <br />8 <br />9 Motion carried 4-0. <br />10 <br />11 X. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />12 <br />13 City Manager Yunker had no report. <br />14 <br />15 Councilmember Doolan provided an update on the Kiwanis fundraising dinner she attended. <br />16 <br />17 Councilmember Jenson stated he also attended the Kiwanis fundraiser. <br />18 <br />19 Councilmember Elnagdy stated that she was recently interviewed by fourth graders and shared <br />20 input on that experience. <br />21 <br />22 Mayor Webster commented that she was recently interviewed by the second graders and <br />23 provided input. She also provided input on events she attended, including the staff luncheon, the <br />24 Regional Council of Mayors, and a thank you she received from the Legends of St. Anthony. <br />25 <br />26 XI. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />27 <br />28 Mayor Webster invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items <br />29 that are not on the regular agenda. <br />30 <br />31 Hearing none, Mayor Webster moved forward with the agenda. <br />32 <br />33 XII. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />34 <br />35 None. <br />36 <br />37 XIII.
