City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />November 25, 2025 <br />Page 4 <br />1 Motion carried 5-0. <br />2 <br />3 The resolution was read in full by the Mayor and Councilmembers. <br />4 <br />5 Mayor Webster announced on Saturday, December 6, that there will be an event in Mounds <br />6 View to discuss the next steps. <br />7 <br />8 X.REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />9 <br />10 City Manager Yunker had no report. <br />11 <br />12 Councilmember Randle had no report. <br />13 <br />14 Councilmember Doolan stated on November 12, she attended the Minnesota Cities Climate <br />15 Coalition Meeting. On November 17, she attended the Ramsey County 20th Anniversary of <br />16 Active Living. On November 18, she attended the MWMO Board Meeting. She attended the <br />17 ribbon-cutting for Nothing But Bundt Cakes. <br />18 <br />19 Councilmember Jenson stated on November 13 that he attended the Ramsey County Local <br />20 League of Governments Climate Action Working Committee Meeting. On November 19, he <br />21 attended the Northeast Youth and Family Services Finance Committee Meeting. <br />22 <br />23 Councilmember Elnagdy had no report. <br />24 <br />25 Mayor Webster stated on November 14, she attended an event at Cub Foods, where they were <br />26 recognized as a 2025 Outstanding Disability Employer from Partnership Resources. On <br />27 November 17, she attended a meeting with Ramsey County Mayors along with City Manager <br />28 Yunker. On November 17, she also attended the Work Session, where candidates were <br />29 interviewed for the Commissions. On November 24, she met with Councilmember Jenson to <br />30 consolidate comments on City Manager Yunker’s evaluation. <br />31 <br />32 XI.COMMUNITY FORUM - NONE. <br />33 <br />34 No one appeared to address the City Council during Community Forum. <br />35 <br />36 XII.INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />37 <br />A.38 Future Agenda Items. <br />39 <br />40 The next Regular Council Meeting will be held on December 9, 2025. <br />41 <br />42 Councilmember Doolan announced that Saturday, November 29, is Small Business Saturday in <br />43 City Hall from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. <br />44 <br />45 XIII.
