The applicants would <br />45 occupy a portion of the existing building, approximately 1400 square feet. The total building <br />46 square footage is approximately 12,000 square feet. <br />47 <br />48 Catering operations are permitted in the L-1 district pursuant to a Conditional Use Permit.
