There is pull-in angled parking <br />along two blocks, creating a concern that <br />people backing out of the parking cannot <br />see people biking towards them. <br />37th Avenue Northeast <br />Participants noted better facilities for <br />biking west of Saint Anthony Village on <br />37th Avenue Northeast into <br />Minneapolis/Columbia Heights. There are <br />no marked crossings between Silver Lake <br />Road Northeast and the signal at <br />Highcrest Road Northeast near Wilshire <br />Park Elementary School. Participants <br />noted a history of crossing requests and <br />students crossing midblock along this <br />segment, with the school on the south <br />side of 37th Avenue Northeast and <br />multifamily housing on the north side. <br />BIKE AUDIT KEY FINDINGS, CONTINUED
