Short <br />and long-term improvements <br />would be in line with the Safe <br />System Approach advocated by <br />Hennepin County and Toward <br />Zero Deaths partners. <br />Convene both <br />counties to discuss a <br />corridor study for the <br />full Silver Lake Road <br />corridor, including <br />parking utilization. <br />Support <br />development of a <br />concept design for <br />bike facility in <br />existing right-of-way, <br />in partnership with <br />Hennepin County. <br />2026-2028 (YEARS 0-2) <br />2031-FUTURE (YEARS <br />5+) <br />Project Actions – High Priority <br />The following are priority project actions that will support the implementation of active transportation.
