Creating a <br />neighborhood traffic calming program could provide a mechanism <br />to support the neighborhood bikeway network recommended in <br />this plan. <br />Assign staff to review <br />other communities’ <br />traffic calming <br />programs and draft <br />program <br />recommendations. <br />2026-2028 <br />(YEARS 0-2)
