Together, these <br />frames help track progress toward long-term outcomes using a <br />blend of traditional active transportation measures, quality-of- <br />experience indicators, and implementation readiness metrics. <br />It is a tool to monitor progress in a way that is focused, <br />meaningful, and aligns with the Plan goals.
