MEMORANDUM <br />To:Saint Anthony Village City Council <br />From:Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />Date:February 10, 2026 <br />Request: Approval of the 2026 Strategic Plan <br />BACKGROUND <br />Each year, the City of Saint Anthony Village undergoes a strategic planning process. One key aspect of <br />the strategic planning efforts includes an annual Goal Setting Retreat, where Council, staff, <br />representatives from Commissions and guests from regional agencies meet to discuss and identify <br />potential action steps for the year. <br />Following the Goal Setting Retreat, staff has developed the 2026 Strategic Plan and the 2026 Pyramid, <br />which illustrates the integration of the City’s vision, mission, core values, city services, goals and annual <br />action steps. <br />Following approval of the Strategic Plan and Pyramid, these materials can be found on the City’s <br />website.
