VISION TRIANGLE Amendments <br />§ 94.06 REGISTRATION, BONDING, AND RIGHT-OF-WAY OCCUPANCY. <br />(D) A minimum sight triangle must be established on each corner lot at every street/alley <br />intersection through which motorists have reasonable unobstructed view. Requirements for <br />such sight triangle shall be found in Chapter 154, the ZONING CODE. <br />§ 154.184 BOULEVARDS REQUIRED VISIBILITY ON CORNER LOTS AND INTERSECTIONS. <br /> No new structure, fencing, grade elevation, or planting, in excess of 18 inches above the curb <br />line, is permitted within the boulevard on corner lots in residential districts. <br />(a) Notwithstanding any other allowance of this CODE, a minimum sight triangle must be <br />established on each corner lot at every street/alley intersection through which motorists have <br />reasonable unobstructed view. <br />(b) The minimum sight triangle is defined as a triangle located at the corner of the curb line <br />of intersecting streets/alleys. The adjacent sides are located along the curb line, or gutter line of <br />streets/alleys without curb and gutter, of the intersecting streets and must be 30 feet in length. <br />The third side is a straight line joining the end points of the adjacent sides as illustrated in <br />Figure 154.184. <br />Figure 154.184
