(c) The City has the authority to order removal of vision obstructions located within the <br />minimum sight triangle. <br />(d) A vision obstruction is defined as any object, living or inanimate greater than eighteen <br />(18) inches in height as measured at the curb line, or gutter line where the vison triangle was <br />established, which materially obstructs visibility within this required sight triangle. <br />(e) Obstructions within the right of way must be removed within a reasonable period of <br />time as determined by the City Manager and/or designee and, which time will not exceed 90 <br />days after written notice is given to the property owner of record. <br />(f) Utility features and permanent signs which were in existence at the time this ordinance <br />was approved, signage placed by a recognized governmental entity, snow and bus/transit <br />benches are exempt from this requirement.
