CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-022 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE 2026-2027 MINNESOTA <br />GREENCORPS PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village is applying to host an AmeriCorps member <br />from the Minnesota GreenCorps, a program of the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency (MPCA), for the 2026-2027 program year; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village has previously hosted Minnesota GreenCorps <br />members for the program years of 2012-2013, 2015-2016, and 2018-2019; and <br />WHEREAS, if the MPCA selects the City of Saint Anthony Village as a member host site, the <br />organization is committed to implementing the proposed project as described in <br />the host site application, and in accordance with pre-scoped position descriptions; <br />and <br />WHEREAS,the MPCA requires that if awarded, the City of Saint Anthony Village enter into a <br />host site agreement with the MPCA that identifies the terms, conditions, roles, <br />and responsibilities. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that if selected by the MPCA as a 2026-2027 <br />member host site, the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village, Minnesota hereby <br />agrees to enter into and sign a host site agreement with the MPCA to carry out the member <br />activities specified in the submitted application, and to comply with all of the terms, conditions, <br />and matching provisions of the host site agreement, and authorizes and directs the City Manager <br />to sign the grant agreement on its behalf. <br />Approved this 10th day of March, 2026. <br />_________________________________________ <br /> Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST:___________________________ <br /> Nicole DeDeyn, City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: _________________________________________ <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />18
