Resolution 26-022 — Authorizing Participation in the 2026-2027 Minnesota Green Corps <br />Program. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Elnagdy, to approve the <br />Consent Agenda items. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />VII. PUBLIC HEARING - NONE. <br />VIII. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF - NONE. <br />IX. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />A. Finance Annual Report. <br />City Finance Director Mahoney reviewed a PowerPoint presentation including the Finance <br />Mission Statement, Finance Overview, Finance Staff, Pathway to the 2026 Levy, Core <br />Accounting Functions, Collaborations, Technology Improvements, Long -Term Financial <br />Management, and Staff Recognition. The full Finance Annual Report can be found on the City's <br />Website. Assistant Finance Director Trent Sax participated in the PowerPoint presentation <br />reviewing the Finance Staff, Core Accounting Functions, Collaborations, and Technology <br />Improvements. <br />Councilmember Randle stated he trusts the process and that the City is in good hands. <br />Councilmember Doolan asked when Devan is retiring, and Ms. Mahoney stated that the date had <br />not been set. Councilmember Doolan stated Devan has been very helpful. <br />Councilmember Jenson agreed, and he likes the way the presentations have evolved to be clearer <br />and more transparent. <br />Councilmember Elnagdy stated she trusts the process and the staff. <br />Mayor Webster stated at the Nine North Board Meetings that she hears very good comments <br />about the St. Anthony Finance Department. She noted that all the staff are very talented and <br />helpful. <br />B. Public Works Annual Report. <br />Public Works Director Jeremy Gumke reviewed a PowerPoint presentation including the Public <br />Works Mission Statement, Public Works Department, Street Maintenance Division, Salt and Salt <br />Brine: 2020-2025, Parks Maintenance Division, Ice Skaters, Utilities Division, Watermain <br />Breaks and Service Leaks 2017-2024, Vehicle Maintenance Division, 2025 Engineering <br />Coordination, 2025 Sustainability Coordination, Community Engagement & Service, Staff <br />
