REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />City Manager Yunker had no report. <br />Councilmember Randle had no report. <br />Councilmember Doolan stated on February 26 that she attended a Zoom call with MPCA on <br />Data Centers. On March 10, she attended the MWMO meeting. <br />Councilmember Jenson had no report. <br />Councilmember Elnagdy had no report. <br />Mayor Webster stated on March 2 that she attended the Tibetan Foundation Meeting. On March <br />4, she attended a meeting with the Safe Cities Coalition. She also attended the community <br />IFTAR at the High School. On March 9, she attended the Regional Council of Mayors Meeting. <br />She and Mr. Yunker also attended the Nine Cities Meeting yesterday. <br />The next Connect with the Council event will be held at the Community Center on Saturday, <br />March 28, 2026, from 9:30 — 11:30 a.m. in the Multipurpose Meeting Room. <br />XI. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Dr. Bibi Neumann appeared before the City Council. She submitted written comments through <br />the portal. At the February 24 meeting, her questions were not included in the minutes. She <br />asked how questions submitted are tracked and how residents can follow when these questions <br />are responded to. She read in full a written statement. <br />XII. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />A. Future Agenda Items. <br />The next Regular Council Meeting will be held on March 24, 2026. <br />XIII.
