On March 20, he attended the Ramsey County <br />Local League of Government Board Meeting. <br />Mayor Webster stated on March 11 that she attended the Day on the Hill. On March 12 she had a <br />phone conversation with Chad Weinstein. On March 19, she attended a virtual meeting with the <br />Minneapolis Federal Reserve and also the NineNorth Board Meeting. On March 23, she and <br />Councilmember Doolan hosted Connect with the Council at the Kensington. <br />XI. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Dr. Bibi Neumann referred to the resolutions on the Liquor Store Cannabis Project, Police Grant, <br />and Police Department Renovation. She read a written statement with questions. <br />Mr. David Borton appeared regarding assault weapons. He provided an update on legislation. <br />Mr. Kiwanis Vilella is Senior Program Mgr. of Metro Youth Diversion Center. He described the <br />programs and his experience. He spoke against gun violence. <br />Mr. Carl Newman spoke regarding the police department renovations and policing of Falcon <br />Heights. <br />Dr. Neumann appeared again regarding the police training grant, retention, broader staffing <br />strategy, and renovations. She also mentioned the minutes did not include all of her comments. <br />XII. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />The next session of Connect with the Council is Saturday in the multi -purpose room. <br />A. Future Agenda Items. <br />The next Regular Council Meeting will be held on April 14, 2026. <br />XIII.
