NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota hereby commits to supporting a Complete Streets approach to planning, <br />design and implementation of street projects, including resurfacing and reconstruction projects, <br />by prioritizing the mobility and safety needs of vulnerable road users including those who walk, <br />bike or roll to their destinations; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village <br />supports the use of street design best practices including the MnDOT Complete Street <br />Handbook, the pedestrian and bicycle chapters of the MnDOT facility design guide and the <br />NACTO urban street design guide; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village <br />commits to working with partners including Hennepin County, Ramsey County and MnDOT to <br />identify opportunities and funding to implement the recommendations of the Active <br />Transportation Action Plan. <br />Approved this 28th day of April, 2026. <br />Wendy W bster, Mayor <br />ATTEST: 6-akF�1)' DCA <br />Nicole DeDeyn, City Jerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
