1 <br /> <br />CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />ORDINANCE 2026-01 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS OF THE CITY CODE RELATED TO <br />VISION TRIANGLE, ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES, MOBILE FOOD UNITS, <br />IMPERVIOUS SURFACES, SCAVENGERS, DEFINITIONS OF RODENTS, <br />AMUSEMENT DEVICES, AND SIGN ENFORCEMENT <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE HEREBY <br />ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Section §94.06 is hereby amended to add the following: <br />§94.06 (D) A minimum sight triangle must be established on each corner lot at every street/alley <br />intersection through which motorists have reasonable unobstructed view. Requirements for such <br />sight triangle shall be found in Chapter 154, the ZONING CODE. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section §154.184 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />§154.184 BOULEVARDS REQUIRED VISIBILITY ON CORNER LOTS AND <br />INTERSECTIONS. <br /> No new structure, fencing, grade elevation, or planting, in excess of 18 inches above the curb <br />line, is permitted within the boulevard on corner lots in residential districts. <br />(A) Notwithstanding any other allowance of this CODE, a minimum sight triangle must be <br />established on each corner lot at every street/alley intersection through which motorists have <br />reasonable unobstructed view. <br />(B) The minimum sight triangle is defined as a triangle located at the corner of the curb line <br />of intersecting streets/alleys. The adjacent sides are located along the curb line (or edge of <br />pavement line of streets/alleys without curb and gutter) of the intersecting streets and must be <br />30 feet in length.
