Claims: <br />The check register for this meeting cycle reflects approximately <br />$436,378.84 in disbursements across vendors and service <br />providers. <br /> <br />The register currently lists vendor names and payment <br />amounts but does not identify the department responsible for <br />each expense. <br /> <br />For clarity, it may be helpful for the City to consider whether <br />future registers could include departmental attribution such as: <br /> <br />• Police <br />• Fire <br />• Public Works <br />• Liquor Operations <br />• Administration <br /> <br />Providing functional categorization could assist residents in <br />understanding how spending is distributed across municipal <br />operations. <br /> <br />D.
