Staff would recommend focusing on the long-term vision and <br />outcomes on the site instead of seeking a return on investment in the HRA funds. <br />NEXT STEPS <br />Staff is seeking clarification from Council to iterate their interest in the future development of the <br />property. Once staff has consensus from Council, staff will move forward with an RFP to seek interested <br />developers. <br />15
