Planning Commission Regular Meeting Minutes <br />March 17, 2026 <br />Page 5 <br />1 Motion carried 4-0. <br />2 <br />VII.3 GENERAL BUSINESS – NONE. <br />4 <br />5 VIII.COMMISSION AND STAFF REPORTS. <br />6 <br />7 Ms. Morello reported that the City Council approved the Active Transportation Plan in <br />8 February. <br />9 <br />10 Mr. Grittman stated the legislature is going to be dealing with housing legislation again this <br />11 Spring. Updates will be provided to the Commission. <br />12 <br />13 Chair Socha asked for an update on the rental of single-family homes in St. Anthony. Mr. <br />14 Grittman stated that the City Council adopted regulations limiting the number of rental <br />15 licenses available within the City for single-family homes. Short-term rentals were restricted, <br />16 with no new short-term rental licenses and some grandfathering for owners who lived adjacent <br />17 to the rental property. <br />18 <br />19 IX.COMMUNITY FORUM - NONE. <br />20 <br />21 No one appeared to address the Planning Commission. <br />22 <br />23 X.INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS - NONE. <br />24 <br />25 XI.
