• 50% of the pre-tax cost of US EPA WaterSense-labeled faucet replacements and/or accessory(ies), up to a maximum of $100 combined. • 50% of the pre-tax cost of a US EPA WaterSense-labeled showerhead, up to a maximum of $50 per showerhead, limited to 2 per household. • Flat rate rebate of $200 for a US EPA Energy Star-labeled washing machine. • Flat rate rebate of $200 for a US EPA Energy Star-labeled residential dishwasher. A household may apply for any combination of the listed rebates (within household item limits), not to exceed a total of $500. Low-Income Cost Assistance Information A resident or household who meets a certain income threshold is eligible to receive full cost coverage* for the replacement of ONE indoor water-using device with a WaterSense of Energy Star alternative. Eligibility is verified by proof of enrollment in SNAP benefits, or a Ramsey or Hennepin County Assistance Program. *100% coverage for the replacement of ONE indoor device selected from the list below, up to a maximum of: • $550 for a US EPA WaterSense-labeled toilet. • $1,200 for a US EPA Energy Star-labeled washing machine. • $1,200 for a US EPA Energy Star-labeled residential dishwasher. • $100 for a US EPA WaterSense-labeled showerhead. • $100 for a US EPA WaterSense-labeled faucet replacement or accessory. Eligibility Criteria Eligible devices must be US EPA WaterSense or Energy Star certified. Verify certification on the EPA WaterSense website and/or Energy Star website and confirm the logo is visible on the product's packaging. Device(s) must be purchased and installed between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2028 (or until the grant funds are exhausted, whichever comes first). Rebate is for the cost of the device only and excludes sales tax and installation/labor costs. Other important eligibility items to note: o Funding is limited, applications processed on a first-come, first-served basis. o New construction and new developments are not eligible for this program. o Device must replace an already-existing water fixture (i.e. not a brand-new connection for an additional toilet, sink, etc). o The rebate will be issued as a check from the City to the resident in approximately 4 weeks. o Must be an existing City of Saint Anthony Village water customer with a non-delinquent account. o General rebates are limited to a maximum of $500 per household. o Property must be located in the City of Saint Anthony Village. o The device must be installed; the City reserves the right to request additional information or inspect an installed device as necessary.
