<br />• 50% of the pre-tax cost of US EPA WaterSense-labeled faucet replacements and/or <br />accessory(ies), up to a maximum of $100 combined. <br />• 50% of the pre-tax cost of a US EPA WaterSense-labeled showerhead, up to a maximum of $50 <br />per showerhead, limited to 2 per household. <br />• Flat rate rebate of $200 for a US EPA Energy Star-labeled washing machine. <br />• Flat rate rebate of $200 for a US EPA Energy Star-labeled residential dishwasher. <br />A household may apply for any combination of the listed rebates (within household item limits), not to <br />exceed a total of $500. <br />Low-Income Cost Assistance Information <br />A resident or household who meets a certain income threshold is eligible to receive full cost coverage* <br />for the replacement of ONE indoor water-using device with a WaterSense of Energy Star alternative. <br />Eligibility is verified by proof of enrollment in SNAP benefits, or a Ramsey or Hennepin County Assistance <br />Program. <br />*100% coverage for the replacement of ONE indoor device selected from the list below, up to a <br />maximum of: <br />• $550 for a US EPA WaterSense-labeled toilet. <br />• $1,200 for a US EPA Energy Star-labeled washing machine. <br />• $1,200 for a US EPA Energy Star-labeled residential dishwasher. <br />• $100 for a US EPA WaterSense-labeled showerhead. <br />• $100 for a US EPA WaterSense-labeled faucet replacement or accessory. <br />Eligibility Criteria <br />Eligible devices must be US EPA WaterSense or Energy Star certified. Verify certification on the EPA <br />WaterSense website and/or Energy Star website and confirm the logo is visible on the product's <br />packaging. <br />Device(s) must be purchased and installed between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2028 (or until the grant <br />funds are exhausted, whichever comes first). <br />Rebate is for the cost of the device only and excludes sales tax and installation/labor costs. <br />Other important eligibility items to note: <br />o Funding is limited, applications processed on a first-come, first-served basis. <br />o New construction and new developments are not eligible for this program. <br />o Device must replace an already-existing water fixture (i.e. not a brand-new connection for an <br />additional toilet, sink, etc). <br />o The rebate will be issued as a check from the City to the resident in approximately 4 weeks. <br />o Must be an existing City of Saint Anthony Village water customer with a non-delinquent <br />account. <br />o General rebates are limited to a maximum of $500 per household. <br />o Property must be located in the City of Saint Anthony Village. <br />o The device must be installed; the City reserves the right to request additional information or <br />inspect an installed device as necessary.
