<br />How to Apply <br />Complete the online application or complete a printed application and return it to City Hall, along with <br />copies of the required documents listed below. The application period begins on July 1, 2026 and runs <br />through June 30, 2028. <br />Please include the following documentation when applying (online application will prompt you to <br />upload these files): <br />o Copy of itemized invoice or receipt. The following must be shown on the receipt or invoice: <br />o Purchase date <br />o Make and model <br />o Pre-tax cost <br />o Completed Form W-9 (required by City to issue checks) <br />o Photo of old device being replaced <br />o Photo of installed device <br />o For low-income cost assistance applicants: proof of enrollment in SNAP benefits, or Ramsey or <br />Hennepin County Assistance Program. <br />Please contact Minette Saulog, Sustainability Coordinator with questions. <br />This program is made possible by funding from Metropolitan Council through the Clean Water, Land and <br />Legacy Amendment. <br /> <br />
