May 12th, 2026 St. Anthony Council Work Session - 8 <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmember Jenson questioned whether a fine would be sufficient. City Planner Grittman <br />reminded the Council that if they continue noncompliance, the fine would be repeatedly imposed. <br /> <br />Councilmember Jenson stated that the Ruby phase two should be exempted from the <br />requirements, as they already have their PUD in process. Councilmember Doolan stated that she <br />believed they had already approved noncompliance for this project, as the two-year extension did <br />not require the builders to come back with a new PUD. <br /> <br />City Planner Grittman concurred with Councilmember Doolan. However, if they returned for <br />another extension, they could require the builders to comply with the Sustainable Building <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />Mayor Webster thanked City Planner Grittman for his time and for answering their questions. <br /> <br />3.
